Returns and refunds policy

For us, the most important thing is that you are satisfied with your order, and if you are not for any reason, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for another product, provided that:

the product is returned to us within 14 calendar days of receipt

the product was purchased at full price, a product purchased at a reduced price cannot be returned or exchanged

the product contains its original tag and stickers 

the product is unworn, unwashed and in original condition

the product does not smell of cigarettes, perfumes, food, sweat, etc.

the product has no traces of make-up, deodorant, fake tan or any other stains

the product isn’t covered in pet hair and it has no other damage

The items must be returned to us within the legal period of a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the package by the delivery service of your choice.

If the order is paid for in cash, the refund will be paid into your bank account (or a family member’s or friend’s account, if you prefer), so please note that the IBAN and account holder’s first and last name are written correctly on the Return Form.

If you paid by card, the refund will be paid directly to that card.

Delivery costs for returns are paid by the buyer. The cost of returning the product is covered by vule-vous.com only in the case that you have received the wrong size, color, model of what you ordered.

Our advice is to send returns by Hrvatska pošta as a personal shipment (you will receive a tracking number) to ensure that the shipment is insured and proof that it was sent.

Pack the product carefully and safely so that it does not get damaged in transit in a way that will unable us to accept the product.

Personal returns and/or exchanges are not permitted and will not be accepted, nor will be other methods such as sending the parcel by bus etc.

You send all returns by the courier service of your choice. Each returned shipment will be thoroughly inspected during processing.

In the event that the returned item does not meet all the conditions listed on this page, it will unfortunately be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

We will send you an email notification when your shipment has been processed, after which the refund will be visible within a few business days, maximally up to 10 business days, depending solely on your bank. It is important to note that the email confirmation will not arrive when your package has been delivered and/or received at the post office, but when the package has been processed.

The deadline for processing the package is the same as the deadline for the customer to return the item to us – the refund is processed within 14 calendar days of receipt. In case of any issues with the processing of the return (eg missing information, unwanted shippment, missing form, etc.), we will contact you and ask for the correct information, so please write your email address carefully when ordering. If we do not receive a response within 14 calendar days, we will have no choice but to return your shipment as we cannot issue a refund if we do not have your correct returns information.

Did you receive my return?

Once your return has been delivered (you can see it by tracking your shipment), it will be processed within a few business days, and a maximally within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

We will notify you by email when your shipment has been processed, after which your refund will be visible within a few business days, up to 10 business days depending only on your bank and card issuer. Important information for customers outside the European Union: You must state ‘Return of goods’ on the customs declaration of your return shipment, which you will receive from your chosen delivery service. Failure to do so will result in you being responsible for any additional and/or customs fees if they occur.

If the desired item is not available / sold out at the time your shipment is processed, we will issue a refund instead of an exchange. If the item is available, we will send you another email after your new shipment leaves the warehouse. The new shipment will be sent to the original address provided using the same shipping method as your original order. If you have paid for the order and the new item is not available / sold out, we will send you an email and request additional information for you to make the return (IBAN account and the name of the account holder you want to return) which is why we kindly ask you to carefully write down and confirm your email address.

For health and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or refunds on any of the products from our swim collection unless they are faulty.
